ABOUT THE LIFT. MOVEMENT

LIFT. Was born out of the love of fitness and the love of movement. From LIFT.’s inception in 2016 LIFT. has been all about working together with the athlete and with the coach to find out what they can do, rather than what they can’t.

We understand that exercise and training is much more than just the physical benefit but for a lot of people it is a vehicle to manage stress, mental health and sets people up to be their best version of themselves. By having a deep understanding of the fitness athlete we know that by taking exercise away from them is like taking away a piece of themselves.

This is where LIFT. came from.

It is super simple
Book in for a regular 1:1 Physio appointment like you normally would and the Physio will assess you and provide you with the best option going forwards

You can either regress the exercise to an easy one or you can just miss that exercise. We have a lot of education around exercises to make it easy for you to take control of your own journey.
You will get access straight a way so you can have a look around, however the program will start on a Monday.
We have two options – 1. $47 a week and 2. $77 a week which comes with 1:1 coaching.
We have a full team behind us to answer your questions. We also have a live Private Facebook group which allows you to answer questions.
We believe we are able to provide a ton of value through both our programming and our expert education content. This allows us to charge less but deliver more value!
You will receive an email with all the information you need to get started.
We have designed our program to suit a wide range of people. In the end back pain affects all different types of people but in the end it is back pain.
Not at all! Our platform is super simple to use and we are always just an email a way.
Absolutely. We certainly don’t think this will be the case, however if you aren’t happy we will give you a full refund.
Your membership in the Lower Back Blueprint Program and community lasts for a full 12 weeks from the time you join. In that time, you will have access to the 12 weeks of modules, weekly programming and access to our private facebook group. Past the 12 weeks, you will keep access to the modules and previous programming weeks for 1 full year. If you would like to continue in our LIFT. Facebook group and have access to new weekly programming, you keep your membership for $47/week for as long as you’d like. We’re here to support you for the long run.
